Our Certified Recovery Housing Network

Serving Kings & Tulare Counties Through Trusted Community Partners

Angels of Hope Central Valley functions as a nonprofit Housing Access and Recovery Placement Administrator. We do not directly own or operate residential housing. Instead, we partner with independently owned and Sober Living Network-Certified Recovery Residences that provide safe, structured sober living environments for individuals we serve under Housing First and recovery stabilization programs.

Each residence in our network operates as an independent housing vendor selected based on certification, compliance, accountability standards, and proven outcomes serving justice-involved and recovery-focused populations throughout the Central Valley.

Through these partnerships, Angels of Hope ensures that individuals exiting incarceration, substance use disorder treatment, or a housing crisis have immediate access to stable, recovery-supportive environments for men who truly want to participate in helping themselves towards upward progress and show results.
